Digital ID cards are now available for Apple Wallet. Very important that you upgrade to this new version to get full access to this new feature. Note that it does not work if you have an older version of the app.
The digital ID card lets members access their BCBSLA information from the Apple Wallet when the physical ID card isn’t easily accessible. Look for it on the My ID Card page.
The main menu button for the app has received an upgrade! It is slightly larger and should be easier to use!
The days of endless scrolling through hundreds and sometimes thousands of provider search results are over. In this release, we added paging functionality to the provider search results page. We hope this simplifies the search process for you.
